ANSWER: NO. So, in school, a lot of people have been talking about Miley Cyrus on the cover of the April 2010 issue of Teen Vogue. There were no mixed opinions- pretty much everyone thinks she isn't looking her best here. I would have to agree with them. I mean, her hair looks like my bed sheets (except they're not brown and boring like her hair), and the middle part isn't working for her. Her make-up isn't bad, therefore her face looks decent. But, I'm just going to point something out... WHAT ON EARTH IS THAT DRESS? I do not want to know. It is boring and doesn't draw my attention. I'm more into colorful prints now a days, if I styled this cover I would've put this chick in an Erdem or Thakoon dress. Last time I checked, red-orange wasn't exactly a color that's in style...
